Aung has more than 25 years of work experience in shipping, freight forwarding and total logistics business in Myanmar. He has worked with Myanmar Five Stars Line (MFSL), APL, ZIM, Gold Star Line and Interasia Line. He has experienced in marketing, customer services and business development. Aung built up a good relation and network with local business owners, exporters and importers.
Coming from a strong background in Shipping Industry in Myanmar, Aung managed to set up his own company, Innovo Logistics Co. Ltd in 2014. Aung is now leading a motivated & experienced team of Shipping and Logistics professionals. It has now been 12 years and Innovo has become a reputable company handling different shipment from a wide range of business sectors and offering timely and efficient logistics performances.
Aung constantly looking to challenge the new business approach and finding new ways and solutions to improve services for the customers. Moe began her career at a public relations company in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where her firsthand experience of working in a different cultural and professional environment proved invaluable. This exposure significantly strengthened her skills in administration, management, and public relations.
In 2000, Moe returned to Myanmar and secured a managerial role in the Public Relations Department at the Equatorial Hotel. During her tenure, the hotel transitioned to management under the Accor Hotels Group (Sofitel), providing her with firsthand experience in a world-class hotel rebranding process.
She also worked with Myanmar’s biggest donor agency, the JICA Myanmar Office, where she gained extensive knowledge of bilateral development projects while enhancing the organization’s public profile and developing promotional materials throughout her service.
In 2009, Moe joined the British Embassy in Rangoon, where she managed the Embassy’s public diplomacy campaigns, the Chevening Scholarship Programme and alumni engagement, media relations, and digital diplomacy. Her responsibilities also included organizing high-level visits by senior UK leaders, including the Prime Minister, Foreign Secretary, and Development Minister. During these visits, she worked closely with the London-based Press and Digital Diplomacy teams, and her contributions were later praised by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s Head of News as delivering the “best media coverage ever.”
Throughout her career, Moe has built strong expertise in marketing communications and developed extensive local and international networks. Her strong organizational skills, and ability to engage multiple stakeholders played a crucial role when she co-founded her own start-up company in 2014. She currently oversees the company’s overall operations, including human resources, administration, communications and publicity.
